Counselor & Staff
Thank you for your interest in being a part of our staff. We have counselors and staff that regularly make Surge a part of their summer. However, there are occasional summers that we may need to fill their role. Below are applications to let us know that you are interested in volunteering in this capacity. Counselors are the adults that work directly with our campers. They stay overnight, lead bible classes, manage sports teams, guide crafts and team building activites, all driven totally by good attitudes and coffee.
We consider staff to be the unsung heroes of Surge. Our staff are in the kitchen, operating AV, acting as camp nurse, making grocery runs into town, and many other jobs that are very needed, accomplished, and unnoticed.
